Today I attended the Manawatu Multicultural Council Palmerston North English students showcase 'Our Stories' at Palmerston North City Library. We know learning English can be tough for newcomers, so it was great to hear stories and presentations from the students and celebrate their progress with their teacher, Kathleen Stephens.
