Community Funding Expo 2024

Palmerston North City Council, the Department of Internal Affairs Eastern & Central Community Trust and Te Pū Harakeke are proud to present The Palmy Community Funding Expo 2024.

This expo will bring together funders, organizations, and individuals who are passionate about making a positive impact in our communities. The event will showcase different funding opportunities and resources available for community initiatives. It will provide a unique opportunity to connect with potential funders, network with like-minded individuals and gain valuable insights.

Our keynote speaker is Megan Thorn, a dynamic and experienced facilitator with nearly 25 years of experience in developing, designing, and delivering training programs. Megan has worked with people in corporate, government, and non-profit organizations worldwide, and is passionate about supporting those who make a real difference in their communities. In addition to her work, Megan is also a volunteer with her local branch of Bellyful New Zealand.
